Independent service

ClaimMyEnergy is not a government agency. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ClaimMyEnergy. Users are responsible for confirming program rules, contractor credentials, project scope, pricing, and applicable permits.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private marketplace information, interfere with service operation, or use obtained contact information outside the purpose for which it was provided.

Contractor marketplace

Marketplace access may require verification and payment. A lead reflects homeowner interest, not a guaranteed sale. Claim pricing, refund rules, service-area terms, and contact restrictions will be presented in the contractor agreement before purchases are enabled.
